Practice Highlights: 

• Join a dedicated team of one physician and two nurse practitioners
• Passion to care for patients in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities is ideal
• 20+ facilities with established partnerships 
• Opportunity to practice in a rural health setting 
• Can do outpatient care 2 days per week if desired
• 40 hour work week
• High HPSA Score
• Visa sponsorship available
• EPIC EMR

Compensation & Benefits: 

• Competitive 2 year base salary then move to wRVU based compensation model
